Natural Gas

Spectron operates the largest marketplace for natural gas in Europe. Its integrated OTC system offers clients the ability to trade a variety of natural gas products at all of the major European gas hubs. These products include: physical forward contracts, options contracts, indexed contracts, financial swaps, storage capacity, entry capacity, location spreads and time spreads. The standard trading time periods range from same day flows to up to 10 years ahead. 

Access is much easier and quicker than many expect, as companies with ISDA agreements in place can trade the gas swaps market almost immediately. OTC clearing is available via NOS Clearing, ICE or the LCH (London Clearing House).

Spectron also publishes a range of gas indices, which have become key pricing benchmarks for many market participants.
