Spectron launches LNG coverage

International coverage of this market will be led by Helena Wisden, previously of Poten & Partners, out of Spectron’s London office. Helena has more than seven years’ experience of the LNG industry and markets.

Commenting on the launch she said: “The number of players in the short term LNG market has increased greatly in the last two years and more are knocking on the door all the time. With the market suddenly in a state of surplus, and sellers needing to diversify their markets, there is a clear need for an informed broking service. The traditional markets can no longer be relied on to absorb all the LNG available, creating new opportunities for both new and established traders.”
